Field Report: Customer Service

I have been a member of the Teijin family since 2016, working in Customer Service. As the interface between our customers and salespeople, we take care of the processing of all orders. All order confirmations, delivery bills or invoices come from our pen. Close contact with the sales staff and customers is essential to ensure that the business runs smoothly. We also work with many other departments, which brings versatility. Although I also process orders, I am an exotic among my colleagues. On the one hand, I support our Japanese expatriates. On the other, I report to our division manager and the Japanese headquarters. If a colleague wants to know what we sold and when, I quickly get that information. That's why Excel and our "Business Intelligence" are indispensable companions for me.
