Production Worker in a Fully Continuous 3-Shift Operation (m/f/d)
To strengthen our carbon fiber production team—to start as soon as possible, for a one-year fixed-term contract
Your future field of activity
- You will perform production-related tasks in your assigned section of the production lines, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- You will thread distribution threads and replace broken threads, thereby ensuring continuous production.
- You will carefully document thread breaks and damage, thereby supporting quality assurance and process monitoring.
- You will maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and assist your colleagues along the entire production line during special incidents, such as thread breaks.
- You will perform sample draws and carry out tasks that arise during cleaning downtime along the entire production line.
What we are looking for
- You are willing to work in a fully continuous 3-shift operation.
- For ergonomic reasons, a minimum height of 1.75 m is required.
- You have a good command of German so that you can reliably understand and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
- You are known for your meticulous, independent, and systematic approach to work.
- You are dedicated, flexible, and efficient, and you maintain a clear overview even during periods of high workload.
- You are a team player and interact with supervisors and colleagues in a cooperative and respectful manner.
