Production Worker in a Fully Continuous 3-Shift Operation (m/f/d)
Your Future Responsibilities
- You will operate and monitor our production equipment.
- You will keep an eye on the production process and quality.
- You will identify malfunctions and deviations and respond accordingly.
- You will take samples and document key results.
- Together with your team, you will ensure the cleanliness of the entire production area and perform cleaning tasks in the production area.
What You Bring
You are willing to work a continuous three-shift rotation.
You are skilled, reliable, and work carefully and conscientiously.
You enjoy getting hands-on and take pleasure in practical work.
You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to take responsibility.
You are open to learning new things.
You have sufficient German language skills to safely understand and follow work and safety instructions.
You are at least 1.75 m tall due to the ergonomic requirements of the workplace.
Previous experience in production is an advantage, but not essential. We will provide you with comprehensive training and make sure you receive all the support you need to get started successfully.
