EMSR Technician / Automation Technician (m/f/d)

Your future field of activity
- You will assess and evaluate the technical condition of our production facilities, with a focus on electrical, instrumentation, control and automation technology (EMSR).
- You will be responsible for our production lines and auxiliary systems and will be the first point of contact for EMSR faults and technical irregularities.
- You will plan, coordinate and oversee maintenance, servicing and optimization measures.
- You will support troubleshooting during ongoing production processes in the field of EMSR.
- You will manage and coordinate external EMSR service providers.
- You will maintain and further develop automation and process control systems and support the optimization of PLC, DCS and control functions.
- You will be responsible for the technical supervision of combustion systems, burner management systems and safety-related control systems, as well as measurement loops, sensors, actuators and applications in hazardous areas.
- You will be responsible for the technical review and processing of spare parts orders in the field of EMSR.
What we are looking for
- You have successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, instrumentation and control engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering, automation technology, or instrumentation and control engineering is an advantage.
- You have very good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, control and automation technology (EMSR), as well as solid knowledge of PLC, DCS and automation systems.
- Knowledge of combustion systems, burner management systems and burner controls would be an advantage.
- Ideally, you have experience in the technical support and maintenance of production facilities.
- You work independently, reliably and responsibly and demonstrate commitment, flexibility and a fast, solution-oriented approach to work.
- You are a team player and maintain a cooperative working relationship with supervisors, colleagues and external partners.
