Janna, HR Administrator:

Hello, I'm Janna Marsidis and I've been working as a HR administrator at Teijin's Oberbruch site since 15/08/2018. After finishing my apprenticeship in the same year, I was looking for a new challenge. I applied at Teijin and was invited for a personal interview after a short time. There was a pleasant atmosphere during the interview.

At a second interview, I was introduced to all the employees in the department. Above all, the nice colleagues and Teijin as an attractive employer made my decision for the company easy.

My first days at work were exciting and eventful. I quickly became familiar with my tasks, as a lot of emphasis is placed on a good induction. What struck me particularly positively in the first few days was that all the employees were pulling in the same direction. I can recommend anyone to apply to Teijin and become a part of this company.
