Production Worker NCF (m/f/d) – Non-Crimp Fabric
To strengthen our NCF production team – to start as soon as possible, for a one-year fixed-term contract
Your future field of activity
- You will set up and operate the UD tape spreading machine, the powder coating line, and the product inspection station, ensuring that production runs smoothly.
- You will perform visual inspections of the finished goods at the quality control station and carefully document the inspection results.
- You will assist with setting up and adjusting the multiaxial system (COPMAX) and operate it during the ongoing production process.
- As needed, you will assist with setting up, configuring, and operating the TPUD system.
- You will monitor the production process and help ensure that the required product quality standards are met.
- You will sort and package the finished goods.
- You will perform cleaning tasks in your work area, thereby contributing to a safe and orderly production environment.
What we are looking for
- Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in production, machine operation, or plant operation. Experience in processing carbon fibers, fiber-reinforced composites, or similar materials is a plus but not a requirement.
- You are willing to work extended day shifts or two-shift operations. In the future, you will also need to be willing to work three-shift operations.
- You are known for your meticulous, reliable, independent, and systematic approach to work and have a strong commitment to quality.
- You possess technical understanding, a willingness to learn, and an enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new processes and plant technology.
- You work with dedication and reliability as part of a team and demonstrate a cooperative and respectful attitude toward supervisors and colleagues.
