Team Assistant (m/f/d) Reception & Back Office

Join our team and be part of a great company – at the earliest possible date, either full-time or part-time (30 hours per week or more)

Your future field of activity

  • You are the first point of contact for our company and welcome colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner—in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Your organizational skills shine through in your daily office work: You maintain an overview, coordinate internal processes, and ensure a structured and pleasant work environment.

  • You will manage meetings, including guest hospitality, independently and with a high level of service orientation.

  • You will serve as the central point of contact for support, manage email correspondence, and coordinate internal inquiries reliably and efficiently.

  • You are responsible for incoming and outgoing mail as well as internal mail and assist with all administrative tasks in the back office.

  • You independently organize and oversee occupational health examinations.

What we are looking for

  • You have commercial training and, ideally, initial experience in office management or a service-oriented role.

  • You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • You present yourself confidently and friendly and communicate clearly and professionally.

  • You are proficient in using MS Office.

  • You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills.

  • You are proactive, resourceful, and dedicated, and enjoy contributing to the team.
