Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

Your future field of activity

  • You will perform payroll accounting for a specified group of employees.

  • You will prepare pay slips, calculations, and statistics.

  • You will handle special payroll cases, such as garnishments or partial retirement, confidently and reliably.

  • As a contact person, you will advise managers and employees on all payroll accounting issues.

  • You will handle written correspondence and official correspondence.

  • You will be responsible for organizing the company pension scheme.

  • You will administer the time recording system and also take on other administrative tasks.

What we are looking for

  • You have completed business training or have a comparable qualification and have professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.

  • You have knowledge of time recording and accounting systems.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.

  • You have a good command of English.

  • You are confident in using modern office technology, in particular MS Office, email, and the internet.

  • You are a team player and flexible. A careful, independent, and structured approach to work rounds off your profile perfectly.
