Head of Department (m/f/d) Engineering
For our Engineering department - at the earliest possible date
Your future field of activity
- Responsible for the management of national projects with a corresponding budget and support for international projects
- Responsibility for the projects carried out in the Engineering department within the framework of time, costs and quality
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Engineering department
- Conception and development of new and continuous optimization of existing production processes using suitable technologies (state of the art) in own and other specialist areas
- Specification of technical equipment and materials
- Support in fulfilling the company's obligations with regard to compliance with labor, product and environmental protection regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical studies (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable courses of study
- Very good technical understanding and several years of professional experience in project management and project leadership are essential
- Strong skills and several years of experience in managing and motivating employees as well as a leadership mentality in line with our guidelines
- Reliable, independent and responsible way of working, commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team and cooperative interaction with superiors, employees and colleagues
- Committed, competent and confident appearance
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (level B2 CEFR)
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (Japan, USA, Europe)
