Your future field of activity

  • Technical, organizational and disciplinary responsibility for the group 
  • Optimization of the manufacturing processes regarding product quality and cost reduction as well as improvement and structuring of processes
  • Development of new processes for the manufacture of products including analysis and evaluation of the IP situation
  • Responsibility for the development of impregnated CFRP semi-finished products, from the idea through product development to the finished semi-finished product
  • Ensuring professional development expertise by co-designing and implementing a product and development roadmap
  • Planning and organization of sample production within the working group

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, textile technology, composites, process engineering or aerospace engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the development, design or production of a high-tech supplier in the field of technical high-performance textiles, high-performance fibers or fiber-reinforced semi-finished products, ideally several years of practical experience in the field of towpreg and prepreg production 
  • Management mentality in line with our guidelines (trusting cooperation, management by objectives, appreciation and motivation of employees)
  • Strong competence in the management of development or contract projects
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Independent, structured, quality-oriented and target-oriented working style
