Group Manager (m/f/d) Engineering (PTE1)
Your future field of acitivity
- Responsibility for the projects carried out in engineering within the framework of time and cost
- Technical, organizational and disciplinary responsibility for Engineering
- Ensuring the flow of information and coordination with other departments
- Independent management of projects with corresponding cost frameworks
- Planning of the provision of engineering resources for planned projects in accordance with deadlines and quality standards
- Design and development of new as well as continuous optimization of existing production processes using appropriate technologies (state of the art) in own and other specialist areas
- Specification of technical equipment and materials
Requirements
- Completed technical studies (university or technical college), e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable studies
- Several years of professional experience, e.g. in plant construction or industrial engineering
- Extensive experience in project management and project leadership, preferably in plant construction or industrial engineering
- Strong leadership mentality and at least initial management experience
- Good PC skills and confident use of MS Office
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
