Group Leader Plant Production Inspection / Deputy Production Manager in Training (m/f/d)
To strengthen our Plant Production Inspection team - at the earliest possible date
Your future field of activity
- You are responsible for ensuring a safe and proper production process in sorting, packaging, and processing.
- You are responsible for planning and supporting automation and process optimization projects in all areas of your group.
- In addition, you are responsible for the management and further development of 5 foremen and deputies as well as around 30 production employees, including the coordination of organizational and personnel cooperation between the various groups.
What we are looking for
- You have a degree in engineering (university or technical college) with a specialization in production organization or a comparable field.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in production, ideally with management experience.
- Experience in final quality control and in the packaging of semi-finished and finished products is desirable.
- You have a good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, as well as good written and spoken English skills.
- You show initiative and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You have good analytical skills, a methodical approach to work, and a confident manner and assertiveness.
- Your profile is rounded off by your sociability, strong communication skills, and socially appropriate manners.
