Engineer (m/f/d) Process Technology

Your future field of activity

  • Development of CF-based downstream products
  • Development of new production processes including analysis and evaluation of the IP situation
  • Optimisation of the manufacturing processes used with regard to product quality and cost reduction as well as improvement and structuring of process flows
  • Independent initiation, planning and realisation of development projects
  • Carrying out analyses of results and developing proposals for solutions
  • Operation of laboratory equipment and sample production

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering specialising in process engineering, composites, mechanical engineering, plastics technology, textile technology or aerospace engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the development, design or production of a high-tech supplier in the field of technical high-performance textiles, high-performance fibres or fibre-reinforced semi-finished products, ideally several years of practical experience in the field of towpreg and prepreg production 
  • Strong expertise in the management of development or contract projects
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Independent, structured, quality-orientated and goal-oriented working style
