Your future field of activity

As a division manager, you will be responsible for the Quality & Compliance division in technical, organizational and disciplinary terms with your "Quality Management" department and your 11 employees. In your function, you report directly to the CEO.

Compliance area

  • Development and optimisation of business processes and the management system
    (Quality, Compliance, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Energy).
  • Responsibility for risk management
    (identification and assessment of risks, initiation and pursuit of risk mitigation measures)
  • Advising the management on the basis of legal requirements, including case law, the risk analyses carried out and the group's specifications
  • Responsible for carrying out internal compliance audits and clarifying possible violations
  • Central contact person for export control, REACH and CSR issues
  • Further development of internal, national and international control systems

Quality department

  • Supervision and further development of quality management in cooperation with the head of the Quality Management department, with a focus on the aviation industry.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of law or economics, a comparable qualification or a successful degree in the natural sciences with intensive additional training in the legal field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of compliance and quality management, as well as in dealing with authorities
  • Additional training as a quality manager (m/f/d) or quality management representative (m/f/d)
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills for employees
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
