Assistant to the Site Management in Heinsberg (m/f/d)

Your future field of activity

  • Supporting the site management in administrative and operational tasks as well as in the implementation of strategic goals
  • Monitoring and support of selected KPIs for the Heinsberg-Oberbruch site
  • Coordination of interface management between the divisional managers, management and other departments
  • Creating and preparing analyses and documents, statistics, reports, minutes and presentations
  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
  • If necessary, development of concepts and preparation of decision papers


  • Completed commercial or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification or degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable assistant function, ideally with additional qualified administrative work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and independent, results-orientated way of working
  • Organisational talent, ability to work in a team and a high level of motivation
  • Committed, competent and confident demeanour and strong communication skills
  • Sound MS Office and ERP user knowledge
  • Good written and spoken German and English, at least B2 level
